"A beautifully presented three bedroom home located in a popular residential area in Seasalter, Whitstable. The property is within walking distance to the Seafront, local shops and is in the catchment area for good primary schools making it the ideal location for young families.

You enter the property into a spacious and bright, tiled hallway which continues through to the kitchen. Decorated in soft grey with modern white tiling, the kitchen is a great size for a family and has ample surface space for food preparation. There is space for a cooker, washing machine and under-the-counter fridge and freezer. The current owner has opened up the dining and living areas to create a beautiful, light space ideal for socialising or for families to relax in the evening. This is decorated with a tasteful feature wall and has oak effect flooring throughout. There is a large cupboard for storage and there is also a door which leads through to the hallway.

Moving upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms one which has some built-in storage for clothing, a third single bedroom with two storage cupboards, one which houses the boiler and a spacious family bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in relaxing colours and is fitted with a modern white suite comprising a bath, wash basin and WC.

Seasalter is a seaside village located around 5 miles from Canterbury in between the towns of Whitstable and Faversham. There are regular buses which pass through the village en route to Whitstable, Faversham and Canterbury making it easy to explore the area even without a car.
