"THE PROPERTY: We have been advised that this property was built circa 1852 and that it previously served as the village shop. The vendors tells us that they have thoroughly enjoyed their time in the village of Ryarsh and that the house could easily be converted to provide a separate annexe. (This would of course be subject to the necessary planning consents being granted.) The property benefits from a 29' cellar and an impressive rear garden. On the first floor there is a good sized bathroom and separate WC and the possibility of conversion into one very large bathroom has been discussed. The vendors have very much enjoyed the wildlife in the garden and indeed at the time of instruction there are pigeons nesting in the garden with a squab in the nest!
