"A detached six bedroom house in a quite location yet within easy distances of Sevenoaks mainline station and the town centre. The entrance hall has parquet flooring and leads into the attractive sitting room which has French doors to the garden and a working fireplace. The dining room, which is a good size room, also overlooks the garden and is next to the modern kitchen which has fitted cupboards and room for a table. There is a free standing fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a further reception room which makes an ideal family room with French doors to the garden and a study. Upstairs there are six bedrooms, two single and four double. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a white suite. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside the large garden is to the rear and side of the house and is mainly laid to lawn with a terrace and a paved seating area. The garden is quite secluded with many mature trees and shrubs. To the front of the house there is plenty of parking in the drive as well as a large detached double garage."
