Situated away from the town, all the amenities you really need are close by, shops, schools, library and, if you are really missing the town centre, there are excellent bus services on your doorstep, as is the view of the town and the river Thames

My parents moved here in 1969 and it was ideal for them as it has good local shops nearby and is excellent for access to the A2. In recent years I have spent quite a bit of time and money on the property, upgrading the electrics, fitting a new Johnson Stanley warm air system and have replaced all the windows with UPVC double glazing. I think this property is ideal for a single elderly person or a young first time buyer.
