"This popular style Edwardian built semi detached family house retains many original features and proportions and benefits from a very pleasant East Cliff location with some elevated views in particular from the main bedroom and balcony towards The Channel. Folkestone town centre is reached by regular nearby bus services just over a half a mile distance as are High Speed rail services for Ashford and London.
