"As I sit and write these details, I am mindful of the fact that it is not often that I walk into a home and am blown-away by what the owner has done. The work the current owner has put into this home is in my opinion outstanding to the point, that I could imagine myself living there.

What was once a modest semi in a quiet cul-de-sac, is now an extended four bed home catering for family requirements.

The finish and quality of the work undertaken here really will need to be seen to be appreciated and includes some nice feature details including wall-mounted television to remain in the lounge and wall mounted fish tank (as featured in the 2010 Ideal Home Exhibition) in the kitchen/diner to watch over a relaxed Sunday breakfasts.

From the kitchen/diner the conservatory acts as a magnificent second reception in which to sit back and enjoy the landscaped rear garden.

The prime residential location of this home should also be a strong pull for many and with a range of nearby schools to hand including Walmer Science College and local Post Office, shops and mainline station, commuters and families should be well catered for. Location was the first thing that drew me to this home four years ago, the quiet cul-de-sac in itself was a real find let alone being in Walmer.
I could see the potential that was on offer including the large 15' master bedroom.

The ground floor extension has been a god send for my teenage son giving him his own space including wet room/W.C.
Elsewhere I have really enjoyed re-creating a contemporary home with new bathroom, conservatory, utility room, new kitchen/diner and landscaped gardens.
