"The attraction of Walmer for many buyers is in its charm as a village in its own right.

Local shop, post office, butcher and mainline railway station make it a convenient location for all.

The close that this home sits in was one of the main attractions for Mr Perry when he was first looking. There is a real sense of privacy here with the home set back from the road and ideal for families.

Since owning the home, Mr Perry has undertaken a large amount of refurbishment throughout which includes a new kitchen. This has now made a real heart of the home in the form of a kitchen/diner ideal for both entertaining and rushed family breakfasts!

There is also a conservatory from the kitchen/diner which acts as a excellent second reception in which to sit back and relax in overlooking the peace and serenity of the rear garden.

With parking also at a premium in Deal and surrounding areas, the driveway and garage should also come as a welcome sight. There is also no chain complications to worry about with this home and so your next family home could be yours before you know it!

When I was looking for houses five years ago, location was paramount and Walmer just had to be it. With all the amenities of a village including mainline railway station it really is just perfect.

The close has been fantastic, a real feeling of seclusion with the only passing traffic being the other residents.

Since owning the house I have undertaken a refurbishment including new kitchen and re-plastering so there really shouldn't be much left for the new owners to do.

Unfortunately now due to work commitments I am just not getting the time to enjoy the house and feel it is time to let a new family to take it on.
