"Accessed through the porch, the living room/ dining room runs the length of the house and has a feature fireplace with an electric fire and double sliding doors on to the garden. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has cream high gloss floor and wall units, there are two additional larger cupboards providing plenty of extra storage space. There is an eye level oven, separate four ring gas hob with extractor over and there is space provided for further appliances. Leading on from the kitchen is another reception room which is currently used as a bedroom and has a door to the garden. Completing the downstairs is a small utility room with a door onto the front garden and a downstairs wc. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with built in storage and the third bedroom is a large single. The bathroom completes the upstairs and is tiled with a bath and there is a separate wc and basin.
