"Plenty of space on offer here and the family will be happy with the size of the bedrooms as they can all have a double room to themselves. Overlooking a green there is room to park the car and then step into the entrance porch, hang your coat up and leave those muddy boots behind.

The good size kitchen has ample work surface space and cupboards, plenty of room to put all those recipes together and then deliver your meals to the separate dining room. Gather round the table here in the evening and catch up on all the events of the day. After dinner, pull up your favourite chair and relax in the lounge, watch a bit of TV or finish that book. There is more space on offer with a lovely conservatory built on the back, another place to chill out and useful extra living space for summer or winter.
The bathroom is sited on the ground floor and there is a separate w/c upstairs, very convenient.

There is a good sized rear garden, while pretty overgrown at the moment, with a bit of love and care could be made really nice.

Situated on the outskirts of Newport, the town centre is convenient and also a main bus route runs nearby.

What the Owner says:

I was initially attracted to my home by the size of the rooms and general space on offer. In fact my thought was I could swing a tiger round in here, never mind a cat! Also I felt the position was ideal as I work at the hospital but is also close to the prisons and B&Q plus Newport is a very short drive away. I put a new porch on and added a conservatory, which has been a real bonus. The neighbours here are very good and having parking has been a really handy when I come home from work at the end of the day.
