"Spacious semi detached property located in a small crescent on the outskirts of Newport. The property is accessed via a small courtyard garden to the rear, into a small lobby to the kitchen, which has a range of wall and floor mounted units with roll top work surfaces, tiled floor and splash backs, wall mounted boiler and double glazed window to the rear. Also on the ground floor is a good size family bathroom, with corner bath and shower, basin and WC and the two receptions. The dining room has double doors opening out onto the garden and the lounge has a large double glazed window to the rear and a gas fire. From the hall is the stairs up to the first floor, which has 3 good sized bedrooms. To the front of the property is a good sized lawned garden with decked seating area off the dining room.
