"An opportunity to aqcuire one of the most unique properties in the market town of Ross on Wye. With it's prominent belfry atop Ashley Lodge, an artist's house, was built around 1865 and is situated in a highly sought after location approximately half a mile to the south of the town centre. The property has been painstakingly modernised and re-configured during the past 10 years by the present owners which include re-wiring, re-plumbing, replacement roof new kitchen and bathrooms andrenovating of thefire placeswhich are open and working. Although extensive works have taken place the property still retains, and in some cases has been given back, many of the features which would have existed when this property was originally built including the original windows and glass to the entrance porch and bathroom.

The principal accommodation is offered over four floors and as such some rooms are quite versatile as to their specific use. An additional benefit is the separate entrance to one room which would enable someone to run a home business from the property subject to any consents which may be required.
