" A modern detached family house situated on a sought after and select development on the doorstep of New Milton town centre. There is also an added addition of a brick built out building measuring 5.15m x 7.2m, it is currently being used as a games room but, subject to relevant planning could be anything from a gym to an annexe for a relative.



The property is a modern detached family house formerly built as a four bedroom, but has since been adapted to three large bedrooms. The property was built in the 1990s to traditional standards with cavity brick wall and a pitched tiled roof. There is a useful entrance porch with tiled floor. The entrance hall is a good sized with doors leading to all reception rooms, a down stairs cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor. The room has a window and is bright room currently being used as a snooker room. Subject to relevant planning permissions could comfortably be large enough for an annexe. The front of the property offers a superb driveway giving off road parking for multiple vehicles and giving access to the garage. There are also mature hedges and shrubs offering a good degree of privacy.
