" A handsome and traditional detached family home built in the 1930‘s, set on a beautiful large plot and only a short level walk from New Milton town centre. This property offers excellent scope for extension if required and other features include UPVC double glazing, gas fired central heating, attractive bay windows and an attached refurbished garage with a useful utility/cloakroom area to the rear.


The property retains many original features with the entrance hall having an impressive timber staircase to the first floor and a timber front door with leaded light glass insert and surrounds. The sitting room has a tiled fireplace with a stone hearth and an inset living flame gas fire and a feature UPVC double glazed bay window giving a lovely outlook over the front garden. The spacious separate dining room also has a tiled fireplace, an inset gas fire and an outlook to the rear.
