" This premier detached five bedroom home has been comprehensively improved by extending the accommodation and introducing a second floor, making this property an ideal home for the growing family. Built by Berkeley Homes in 2002, the accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, spacious lounge with fireplace, separate dining room, cloakroom and large kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor. The first floor offers two double bedrooms with en-suites, a further bedroom, a study/fourth bedroom and a family bathroom suite. The second floor features an open plan play room and two further bedrooms, one with en-suite. Additional benefits include views across open countryside, gas central heating, lead light double glazing and inset down lighting. Outside, there are gardens to the front and rear, a detached garage and driveway.

Knowle Village provides local amenities such as a convenience shop, wine bar and village hall.
