"Situated in the bowl of a little cul-de-sac is this beautiful looking detached house. As you open the solid oak front door you can instantly tell this home has something special.

The ground floor boasts a bay windowed lounge with a feature 'living flame' gas fire place with an expensive marble mantle piece and light wood flooring. The dining room offers French doors onto the rear garden and the large kitchen breakfast room has a built in range style oven and an abundance of light wood units . The downstairs finishes with that all important cloakroom as you would expect.

Upstairs this executive home continues with four bedrooms. The master with en suite and terrific views over open farmland, and bedroom four has been tastefully converted into a home office with a range of fitted office furniture.

Unfortunately I have been asked to move with my job, otherwise I would be more than happy to stay here. The area is so quiet, and on a Sunday morning in the summer, there is nothing better than to sit on the decking with a coffee and see the deer standing proudly on the horizon.

Our plan was always to raise our family in this home, and I would have felt comfortable letting my little girl ride her bike up and down the cul-de-sac, as you very rarely see anyone you don’t know.
