"Positioned in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and having the advantage of an enclosed westerly facing garden to the rear in addition to off street parking, this deceptively spacious semi-detached two storey, two bedroom young family home has recently undergone a programme of modernisation and is now eminently suitable for a long term tenancy.

The property has a large upvc double glazed conservatory extension to the rear adding a whole new dimension to the property, there is a smart contemporary recently refitted kitchen with a built in oven and hob and a good complement of white units and the majority of the ground floor has been cosmetically improved with the addition of distressed oak laminate flooring.
