The property has the advantage of a 65 ft enclosed rear garden and gas fired central heating from a combination boiler which was installed in 2012.

Moreton in Marsh is one of the more traditional North Cotswold market towns with its famous High Street along the Fosseway with a wide range of shops, amenities, hotels and public houses and the all important advantage of its own railway station with links to Oxford and London Paddington.
