"Enjoying staggering far-reaching views across countryside, lies this detached 1970s residence in the rural village of Coaley. The property is the last one in the cul-de-sac and sides onto open farmland, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts. The accommodation is clearly shown on the floor plan, however, points of interest are the patio doors in the sitting room and dining room, the direct access from the dining room to the kitchen and the utility between the kitchen to the double garage. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, both benefitting from views to the front and rear and a family bathroom, serving all bedrooms. The house requires some updating. Its major asset is the delightful setting and astonishing open views. There is much scope for improvement (subject to planning permission). Property Ref: STR030468
