"Description:    A well positioned semi detached house on a corner plot within the popular Ridgewood area of Uckfield. The property has three bedrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, ground floor cloakroom and a small study room. The gardens are of a good size with side and rear access. The property also has a garage.

Situation:    The property is situated in the popular area of Uckfield. The town centre is within easy reach and offers a range of shops, restaurants, library, cinema, bus and railway station with a commuter service to London. The area has a good selection of schools and sixth form community college and there are a number of areas of open land and woodland including Buckford Park, the Uckfield Millennium Green and the Ashdown Forest within the region. The coastal towns of Eastbourne, Brighton the Royal Spa town of Tunbridge Wells, Gatwick Airport, M23 and M25 motorways are all within driving distance.
