"If space is what you’re after, this could be what you’re looking for!

The property was originally 3 bedrooms but was extended to add a 4th bedroom, dining room and utility room. With exposed ceiling beams through the kitchen and dining room and a lovely sandstone fireplace in the lounge, there is a good deal of character on offer. The kitchen comes with range cooker, fitted fridge/freezer and built in dishwasher and with all rooms except the master bedroom having replacement carpets; the new owner will have no need to make any improvements.
Storage space can often be a problem but with three of the bedrooms having fitted wardrobes it won’t be a problem here.

The rear garden is approximately 50’ deep and, being west facing, enjoys a great deal amount of afternoon sun. The dining room opens via French doors into the garden so would be a very inviting entertaining space for summer get togethers.

Just down the road is the Millenium Green - great for dog walking - and the local post office provides the usual day to day essentials. The great bus service offers direct links to Brighton and the mainline station will get you to London in about an hour.

What the Owner says:

We were living in a similar style house before we moved here but found this one to have so much more space.
The previous owners had extended the house and converted the garage which is where the kitchen now is.

That made room for the dining room which is great for entertaining as you can open the French doors out onto the rear garden. In fact, in the summer evenings, the garden feels like an additional room.

It is great to have a utility room as it makes more room in the kitchen for storage space. We will be leaving our range cooker as it fits perfectly and, as anyone who’s had a range will know, we’ll definitely want one in our new house.
