"It is true to say that appearances can be deceptive. When first walking up to this property, it seems just like every other bungalow. In fact it isn't a bungalow at all, step inside to see what we mean...

On entering the hallway you will be immediately impressed with the light surroundings and space on offer. The white, “Heritage” suite in the bathroom will avoid you having to dip into your pocket here and three out of the four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes so there should be no need to spend out on storage.

The tour de force, though, has to be the living areas. The dining room comes with two ceiling skylights so is flooded with daylight virtually all day long helping to brighten the whole house.

To relax, step down into the lounge which has sliding doors into the rear garden and archway into a second dining room/breakfast room – a great entertaining space.

From here, step up into the kitchen which, being 15’6” long is plenty of space to prepare for all those parties that you will have to host.

With the rear garden catching the sun just about all day long, the hot tub will be very welcome to cool down in.

If you need a workshop there’s one of those too, with power, lighting and even double glazed windows!

What the Owner says:

We could see the potential when we viewed the bungalow as it has a really good size back garden. We did the extension in 2005 and this has made the house into a perfect family home. We added the master suite, 2 receptions and made the kitchen larger.

We also added the decking and workshop and had the chimney rebuilt so there should be nothing for the next owner to have to worry about.

We love the seclusion that the back garden gives and the amount of space in the house. We have tried to keep it bright and well maintained. We hope the next family will find it to be the perfect family home like we have.
