"A Victorian semi detached property dating from Circa 1840 and retaining many original features. The property has not been on the market in over 50 years and does require some updating and refurbishment particularly to the second floor. The property is located in the sought after Clive Vale area of Old Town Hastings and is within good distance of local amenities, local Primary schools and is on a bus route. There are superb views over the fishing lakes behind and further reaching views of the country park beyond. The accommodation comprises of a living room to the front elevation (currently used as a bedroom) with a feature bay window and original fireplace. The dining room offers a particular advantage point for the views across the lake and opens via glazed patio doors on to the paved terrace. There is also access through to the galley kitchen which offers a triple aspect again benefitting from views to all sides. From the hallway there is a separate utility area with space for washing machine, dryer and has a sink unit and glazed door to the side garden.
