A superb bungalow in a great location close to the Downs and ideal for access to the nearby train station at Polegate. Situated in Willingdon close to local schools and also within a few minutes from Polegate High Street with its various local shops and services including banks, chemist and doctors surgery. There is also a mainline station with services to the coast at Eastbourne and also to London (Victoria) which is approximately one hour and twenty minutes. Good local bus services also connect with the surrounding areas and link with other coastal towns such as Hastings and Brighton.
