"Rarely do we get to sound like car dealers, but we have a house to offer that has only had one loving owner from new. We can’t offer full service history or Mot’s, but we can tell you that the property was built by the owner during the 1950’s and has been a lovely family home for many years.
The house is ready to be moved into, although it does require a little modernising but offers great potential for a new owner who will surely welcome the chance to make it exactly as they want. The size of the accommodation is impressive as not only are the rooms spacious, but there are also a good size entrance porch, entrance hall and landing. At some point the house has benefited from a extension to the rear which has still left a family sized rear garden. To the front of the property there is a driveway to garage, so parking should never be an issue.
One of the key features is that the house is set in an elevated position, so the front of the house offers great views over the roof tops far and wide. The elevated position also means that the house has plenty of light flooding through the windows, adding to the welcoming homely feel.
Elsted Crescent is a quiet road but is handy for local transport routes with the A23, A27 and many bus routes close by. Local amenities are also close at hand and the big supermarkets like Marks & Spencer, Asda and Sainsbury’s are all located within about half a mile.
Test drives or should that be viewings are welcome, please call to book an appointment.

What the Owner says:

We hope to find a buyer who loves this house as much as we do!

This house has always been in our family and it is great regret that we are now selling, but are sure this will make a lovely family home again for somebody.

Whoever moves in will find the road to be very quiet with plenty of parking, excellent neighbours and lots of potential.
