"Appearances can be deceptive and never more so than with this terraced house. Behind the modest façade lies bright and spacious family living accommodation with three generously sized bedrooms.

The location is very good as the house is situated opposite open fields with far reaching views, giving a feeling of space and openness. The practical arrangement of rooms comprise a through lounge/dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room incorporating modern fitted units, a separate utility area for the noisy appliances and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs the views get even better and there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

At the rear of the property the good size two tier garden is mainly laid to lawn with a large decked seating area which is ideal for entertaining. The garden will suit many uses as it provides plenty of space and there is even room to accommodate that all important 12ft trampoline!

Local shopping facilities are available nearby, local schools are within easy reach and there are local bus services providing easy access to Brighton city centre and sea front. The ‘big’ shops are really close by as ‘Asda’ is a couple of minutes away by car.

What the Owner says:

We have really enjoyed living in this house over the last 8 years, as the rooms are really spacious and will really miss the neighbours who have been fantastic.

We have never had any issue parking and have enjoyed the great views and the house has a very warm family feel to it.

We hope whoever buys the house will love it as much as we have.
