The (attached) private annex comprises a large lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen, an office area and utility room and a further two en-suite bedrooms, The master bedroom features a large fully tiled luxury ensuite with twin shower wet area plus a large walk in wardrobe. Annex is served by its own gas boiler. This superb south facing accommodation is all on the ground floor and most rooms enjoy views over a private area of the gardens and river.
