'Treesbank is a well-maintained, spacious 4 bedroom house situated within riverside walking distance of the beautiful harbour town of Kirkcudbright – Scotland’s Artists’ Town – with all its colourful houses, galleries, shops and facilities. The property is just a 5 minute drive to the nearest lovely beach.

'Treesbank' is set in 0.8 acres of garden with an extensive parking area to the front. and large gardens to the rear and side. The views from the front of the house extend across fields to the River Dee. The rear garden has apple, damson and plum trees, and opens on to fields and woodlands. There are wide views of the Galloway Hills from the rear garden.

OUTSIDE

There is an extensive gravelled parking area to the front of the house. The entire front area is lit by newly-installed security lighting. A driveway at the side of the house leads to a double garage with up-and-over aluminium door. Further security lights. Inside the gargage, double doors lead from the garage to a spacious workshop, which also has its own external door.

The roof was totally replaced with real slate just a few years ago.

The garden is mainly laid to lawn, shrubs and fruit trees and has 2 aluminium-framed greenhouses.
