"A 4 BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED CHARACTER HOUSE WITH A SOUTH FACING REAR GARDEN, CLOSE TO BROADSTONE VILLAGE CENTRE. This charming late Victorian house was built in a row of artisan cottages with facing brick elevations under a tiled roof. Tastefully presented throughout and retaining a number of original features, the property has been sympathetically altered and extended to form a comfortable family home within walking distance of many local facilities including schools for all age groups, shops and bus services to Poole, Bournemouth and Wimborne.

68 Dunyeats Road offers deceptively spacious accommodation on 3 floors, with many character features, along with off road parking, a garage, and a pretty, south facing garden. A front door (with fanlight above) leads to an enclosed entrance porch and reception hall with cloakroom, solid oak flooring and under stairs storage cupboard.

Directions From Wimborne, proceed south along Poole Road, over Canford Bridge and up Oakley Hill. Take the first exit from the roundabout, and proceed along Gravel Hill. Proceed ahead at the junction with Queen Anne Drive, and down the hill. At the next roundabout, take the third exit into Dunyeats Road.
