Directional Note. From Pokesdown train station proceed along Christchurch Road towards Iford taking the left hand turning in to Clarence Park Road. Leaphill Road can be found third turning on the right.

This spacious semi detached home is set within the popular residential location of Pokesdown, an area which gives easy access to wide open spaces at Kings Park, has great transport links via a nearby train station and bus routes, and that gives easy access to both Southbourne and Boscombe high streets with their wide range of shopping facilities.
