DIRECTIONS
From Woods, turn right and proceed along The Plains. Just after the road bends to the right turn left into Warlands. Proceed along Warlands and up the hill to the crossroads. Straight ahead is stone pillars. Pass through these into Sharpham Drive. The Laurels is the 3rd house on the right with a Beech hedge at the front.

SITUATION
The ancient borough of Totnes enjoys a prominent position above the River Dart.
