"Situated in this wonderful location with lovely views over Totnes is this superb contemporary three bedroom bungalow with ample parking, front and rear gardens with bi fold doors from the living room onto a superb decked area.

The house is entered via a generous hallway with guest WC, opening out into a fitted kitchen on one side of the hallway and a lovely split level reception room with log burner on the other side with bi fold doors onto a decked area.
