SITUATION The property is situated only minutes from the bohemian historic High street. Totnes mainline railway station, with its direct link to London and beyond, is within easy walking distance and the there is quick access to the A38 Devon Expressway and connecting motorway network beyond. Totnes is a bustling market town full of interest and with a range of independent shops and recreational facilities.
 
There are two regular markets which take place in the town square which is moments from the property: a weekly Farmers Market and a monthly Fine Foods Market.
