SITUATION This modern first floor converted apartment is situated at the upper end of Totnes town centre, conveniently close to the charming shops and caf?s in the High Street, the Market Square and all town centre amenities. The Grove primary school is close by as are the lovely Leechwell Gardens. Totnes is a medieval market town with an historic Norman castle and charming narrow streets situated on the River Dart. The town has a main line rail station and is well positioned to access the lovely South Devon coastline, as well as the Dartmoor National Park. DESCRIPTION This modern apartment, completed by Midas Homes just a few years ago is part of a select development occupying a convenient town centre position.
