DIRECTIONS
From The Plains in Totnes proceed over the bridge into Bridgetown and take the second right onto Seymour Place. Follow the road along and take the second left onto Woodbrook Road. Proceed to the top of the hill and follow the road around to the left. Continue down the hill and turn right. Number 22 will be found a short distance up the road on the left hand side.

Totnes is an ancient market town and river port in the South Hams area of South Devon.
