SITUATION Broom Park is a rural development situated on the edge of the pretty village of Dartington which lies approximately 2 miles from Totnes. Dartington Village has a recently built primary school, easy access to the Rudolph Steiner School and shops and there are cultural activities at nearby Dartington Hall. The town of Totnes is a medieval market town with a creative spirit, as characterised by its High Street with its individual shops and caf?s. Totnes has a main line rail station, primary and secondary schools, two supermarkets and boating opportunities on the River Dart. Approximately 4 miles north is the junction with the A38 Devon Expressway which provides an easy commute to the cathedral city and county town of Exeter.
