The property enjoys a pleasant corner plot in an elevated position on the eastern outskirts of Tiverton and enjoys some lovely open views from the rear along the Lowman valley. Local amenities include a parade of modern shops within about half a mile walking distance, together with delightful walks along the Grand Western Canal. There are two primary schools within about three quarters of a mile whilst a regular daily bus service to the town centre stops closeby.
