" Venn Way comprises an exclusive small quiet avenue between Venn Grove on the southern fringe of Hartley providing direct access to Morrisons Superstore, A38 intersection, parkland, tennis clubs, Central Park and the new Life Centre, Mutley Plain, University and City Centre approximately two miles distant.
