" This splendid and spacious traditional semi-detached house was built in 1928 and is situated within one of the most desirable avenues within the City. This delightful and well appointed family home enjoys a wide array of excellent local facilities including popular schools, parkland, tennis clubs, shopping parade and regular public transport to the City Centre some two miles distant. The property has been particularly well maintained and modernised in recent years with notable features including the installation of gas fired central heating, uPVC double glazing, cavity wall insulation, a new roof in 2011 and a conservatory. In 2012 a new luxury kitchen was fitted with ivory units, granite work surfaces and various built-in appliances including a stainless steel Stoves range with five ring gas hob and electric oven, Neff stainless steel cooker hood and glass splashback, Neff built-in combination microwave/grill, slim-line dishwasher, built-in Miele fridge and Neff washing machine.
