Understood to have originally been constructed in 1960 as a guest house, in subsequent years, the property has been remodelled and change of use was achieved from hotel to 4 self contained holiday apartments and owner's accommodation in 1987. The property presents colourwash rendered elevations beneath a Mansard style tiled roof and benefits from double glazing throughout as well as replacement UPVC doors. There is one boiler providing a gas fired central heating system, heating 16 radiators with electric wall heaters fitted to those rooms where radiators are not in place. The accommodation is principally arranged over two floors, with 3 apartments on each, although there is a large basement area separated into a number of useful workshops / stores.
