"Blisland is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the bustling seaside resort of Ilfracombe. The property is approached from St. Brannocks Road via a section of driveway owned by the Wildercombe House Hotel which is the immediate next door neighbour.

Blisland offers spacious, family accommodation with extensive gardens amounting to approximately 1/2 an acre. The property enjoys spectacular views which must be seen to be appreciated. The property's generous plot would offer enough space to develop the property further - perhaps to create further living space or a self contained annex. In addition the separate garage block could be further developed to create a separate holiday let or studio (subject to the necessary building consents).
