"Offered for sale with potentially no onward chain is this 1930's three bedroom semi-detached house affording fine views of the Exe estuary, Haldon Hills, Starcross and Powderham Castle from the front elevation. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard including; new wiring, new central heating system, double glazed windows, new plasterboard walls, decor and bathrooms throughout.

Finer touches include solid oak flooring throughout the stunning Dining room which leads onto the kitchen, solid oak worktops and window shelves on the ground floor, porcelain tiling in the cloakroom and family bathroom, jacuzzi style bath with large 'Rainfall' shower head over, custom made fireplaces in the bedrooms, lounge and dining room, working log burner in the lounge, side storage area, landscaped rear garden with powered work shed and a highly relaxing 'Beachcomber' Hot tub being left under a new arbor which benefits from a fair degree of privacy.
