"This stunning 3 bedroom period home is located in one of Heavitree's most sought-after streets and offers spacious living accommodation along with substantial gardens, a garage and off-street parking for 3 cars.

Internally, there are two spacious reception rooms to the ground floor, as well as a hallway and a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with a period cast iron roll-top bath, and a further bedroom.  

Externally, there is a good-sized driveway to the front of the property and a single garage and further driveway directly across the road.  To the rear, the established garden stretches approximately 120 feet behind the property and includes an area of lawn as well as a vegetable patch, several fruit trees, fruit cages containing a range of raspberries, strawberries and gooseberries and there are substantial storage sheds.
