From Exeter leave the city centre on the B3212. At the traffic light controlled junction with the B3181, opposite the Sainsbury’s Superstore and petrol station, continue straight ahead onto the B3181 and follow the signs to Pinhoe, Broadclyst and Cullompton. On entering Broadclyst take the first turning right signposted to Clyst Vale Community College and as the road bears around to the right continue ahead into Woodbury View and then take the first turning left into Woodland Road. Take the first turning left into Elm Close and as the road bears around to the right the property will be immediately in front of you.
