Travelling along the A444 towards the M42, pass Toons furniture store, proceed to the island taking the second exit, following the road to the village of Overseal. Once in the village continue along Burton Road and eventually turning left into Woodville Road, at the junction with the village church, turn left onto Woodville Road, then next left onto Woodlands Road, continue along until this becomes Edward St, where the property can be found on the right hand side, clearly identified by our For Sale board
