"Grant's of Derbyshire are pleased to offer For Sale this two bedroomed semi detached property located on the outskirts of Wirksworth. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining kitchen with larder and former coalhouse/WC. To the first floor are two double bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. There is a block paved drive providing off road parking for several vehicles and there is a larger than average low maintenance garden to the rear. The property benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing throughout but does require a further programme of modernisation. No Chain.

Ground Floor The property is accessed via the front driveway.
The part glazed uPVC door with opaque glass windows to each side opens into the Entrance Hallway 12'02 x 6'02 (3.71m x 1.88m) With a staircase leading up to the first floor. An opening provides access to useful storage space under the stairs and doors open to the lounge and kitchen. Lounge 12'02 x 11'04 (max) (3.71m x 3.45m

The focal point of the room is the marble fireplace with wooden Adams style surround housing the gas fire on the marble hearth. There are original picture rails and a central ceiling rose.
