"INTRODUCTION This unique double front stone built semi detached house, is set well back from the roadside in an elevated position. Of deceptive proportions it boasts 3 double bedrooms and 3 reception rooms and is perfectly suited to a family. There is off road parking and terraced gardens and it is in good clean decorative order throughout.  

ACCOMMODATION The hall has a glazed entrance door, picture rail to wall and feature alcove. Stairs lead to the first floor. A cloakroom is located on the ground floor with WC and wash hand basin.
