"INTRODUCTION Ideal for first time buyers, this compact two bedroomed house is situated on a popular development convenient for shops, hospital, station and supermarket. There is a pleasant rear garden and a parking space closeby. Available with no upper chain - viewing is recommended 

ACCOMMODATION The low maintenance garden gives access to a canopy porch with bin store area. A wooden front door leads into:

The Hallway has a storage heater, telephone point and cupboard with fuse board. Stairs lead to the first floor and there is access to the lounge and kitchen.
