SITUATION Approximately one mile from the coastal village of Gorran Haven, 5 Menagwins Court is set in an attractive small development of just six similar properties enjoying wonderful views to the rear across farmland to the sea.   Gorran Haven is a pretty harbour village that boasts a delightful sandy beach and stone quay whilst the bay is surrounded by National Trust land with the coastal path offering scenic walks to the south via Maenease Point to Vault Beach and beyond. To the north lies Chapel Point and Mevagissey.   Approximately three miles distant is Mevagissey, which is one of Cornwalls few remaining working harbours and boasts the largest fishing fleet in St Austell Bay.
