"This is a fantastic two bedroom apartment is positioned on the Westbury-On-Trym/ Henleaze border. On entering the property on the ground floor, there is a storage cupboard and staircase up to the first floor. On the first floor there is a spacious landing with a window to front and enough space to create a study area. The lounge/diner overlooks the leafy green rear of the property with doors opening to the kitchen to the front. The two double bedrooms are both similarly sized and contain windows overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom is at the front of the apartment. There is an airing cupboard housing the boiler and an additional storage cupboard which are wonderfully sized and offer plenty of storage space. The private rear garden is mainly laid to lawn.
