This property is on a quiet road set back off Byley Lane with open grassland to the front and views over the countryside to the rear, a peaceful location yet within minutes drive to Holmes Chapel, transport links and all the amenities. Cranage is a small Parish located between the villages of Holmes Chapel and Knutsford which provide for most day to day shopping requirements. From our office at 14 The Square, Holmes Chapel (CW4 7AB for Sat-Nav users), go straight ahead at the two mini roundabouts taking the turning for the A50 signposted Knutsford. Just a short drive along this road takes you into Cranage. Take a left turning into Byley Lane (which is signposted Cranage Hall). Take the first right into Crescent Road, go straight ahead until the road bends round to the right hand side, the property can be located on the left clearly identified with a Gascoine Halman For Sale board.
